What errors do you get in R6 ?
deb mpls traffic-eng path lookup
deb mpls traffic-eng path spf
deb mpls traffic-eng path verify
I remember a problem if using "ip ospf network non-broadcast" but this is not the case.

task 4.4
1.mpls TE tunnel from R6 to R4 does not come up, (dynamic path selection)
2.mpls TE tunnel From R6 to R4 does comes up with (explicit path option)
Observation, when we configure Ethernet link between R6 & R2 as ospf network pt-2-pt above item 1 works. But as per task 2.3 we
enabled
"ip ospf network point-to-multipoint non-broadcast" , The dynamic tunnel does not come up...........
also we see that in R6 the forwarding table the 131.1.26.2/32 is untagged...
