SP workbook MPLS TE dynamic tunnel not comming up

Has anyone come across this problem before.....???

SP IE workbook vol-2 lab1

task 4.4

1.mpls TE tunnel from R6 to R4 does not come up, (dynamic path selection)

2.mpls TE tunnel From R6 to R4 does comes up with (explicit path option)

Observation, when we configure Ethernet link between R6 & R2 as ospf
network pt-2-pt above item 1 works. But as per task 2.3 we enabled

"ip ospf network point-to-multipoint non-broadcast" , The dynamic tunnel
does not come up...........

also we see that in R6 the forwarding table the 131.1.26.2/32 is untagged...
