You see, that's the whole point. There is no proof that these are
braindumps, according to Cisco. So, no, they are not discouraged.
Sure, it pisses me off, because I think they are cheats, alas, Cisco
doesn't think so. I'm sorry that I don't have time now to find that
document where they recommend these vendors, but I'll spend more time
to find it later today.
