I seems to be a lot like macro. AutoQoS use macro as well, but I can't link
this Log output and macros...It's not like you'll have logg message when you
say "show macro".

15 really looks like privilege level.
The commands that follow "privilege level" seem to contain all the options
relating to the configured facility.

p.s.: just running auto-qos did not generate any interesting log messages on
my 3700 with 12.4
