I'm probably the only one who wondered what iSPF was ... but just in case i wasn't here is a link ...

Looks like one command under the ospf process ... and a pretty straight forward feature to understand. Just curious ... was it a Cisco proctor who delivered the workshop? And are these changes upcoming or current according to them? I was expecting to see some radically new feature ...
