I would use default 125ms as Tc if nothing else mentioned. If there is
something to do with voice, I would probably consider 10ms.
And I don't think burst rate has to be the same on both sides. Best Regards,

so if you have a question that is fairly simply asking for you to make a VC
conform to a specific CIR and allow for the spokes to burst to the access rate

the default if you simply enable FRTS on an interface ... or would you
randomly pick 100ms??? the task in my workbook has a solution where they pick
the 100ms value out of that air it appears ... just when i thought i was
getting my head around this it appears there is a hole in my thinking ...
also, the task states to allow the spokes to burst ... my assumption is that
you need to allow the same burst on the VC as a whole (both sides) not just
the spoke ... the solution only put's it on the spoke though ... > >
