Hi All,

How was the DocCD accessed? Is it via web browser(IE) or a as an
application? If its via web browser, can we open multiple tabs loaded with
individual sections (Master index, Cmd Ref, Conf guide)

Subject: Understanding the Cisco Documentation

All,

I've recently posted a Class-on-Demand on Understanding the Cisco
Documentation that is publicly available at
http://ieclass.internetworkexpert.com/p41888542/?launcher=true. This
covers the new documentation format at
http://www.cisco.com/web/psa/products/index.html that is currently used
in the exam, as opposed to the old format at http://www.cisco.com/univercd/.

If you aren't very familiar with navigating around the documentation
I would highly recommend to go through this demonstration, as you will
not be able to use the Cisco search engine in the exam, and will
basically need to know where all the topics are documented before you
get into the exam.

Enjoy!
