Neither :-)

If your clients are on Fa0/1 and the content engine/proxy server/WAN
accelerator/whatever is on Fa0/0, you'd either 'redirect in' on Fa0/1,
or you'd 'redirect out' on the interface the traffic would normally
egress on its way to the actual destination. You'd also need a
'redirect exclude in' on Fa0/0.

If that makes no sense, maybe send a follow-up e-mail depicting where
the clients and actual destination are.
