How about this:

User Guide for the Cisco Application Performance Assurance Engine 1.0

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/application_oriented_networking/application_performance_assurance_engine/1.0/user/guide/B_Protocols.html

To get there (DocCD):

Application Networking Services
 `-> Application-Oriented Networking
  `-> Cisco Application Performance Assurance Engine
   `-> End-User Guides
    `-> User Guide for the Cisco Application Performance Assurance Engine 1.0
     `-> Protocol Reference
      `-> IP Protocols

The way I found this was to go to the IANA protocol number reference
[1], pick an obscure protocol name (in this case "DCN-MEAS"), then
googled "DCN-MEAS site:cisco.com" and did some digging from there.

cheers,
Dale
