LSA 3 is allowed for area 3, but not for area 456. Type 3 is a summary, so
the "no-summary" is needed in the second task.

Subject: Narbik's Soup2Nuts Super-Lab Ospf Tasks 12,13

Hi to all CCIE candidates!
I would like to ask for your help, because it's seems I didn't get the point
in these tasks:

Task 12: Configure Area 3 such that the routers in this area do not
propagate LSAs type 4 and 5, these router should be able to connect to
external routes are advertised in other areas.
Solution: area 3 stub

Task13: Configure Area 456 so that the routers within this area do not
receive LSAs type 3,4,5. These routers should be able to connect to future
external routes advertised in the other areas.
My Solution: On ABR: area 456 stub no-summary, and On R5,R6: area 456 stub
Narbik's Solution to use nssa instead of stub

In my opinion these two tasks are identical except the "future" word in
Task13.

Please can you explain to me my misunderstanding.

Best regards,
Sergei
