wccp redirection

Hi experts,

I have some confusion about wccp redirection. If i configure like :

inter fa 0/0
ip wccp web-cache redirect *in

*what is the meaning of "in". I am confuse about whether it direction of web
traffic mean wccp for packet that is coming IN or its means wccp system is
inside of this interface?

Please clearify it
