There was a time when BFD was not available on any platform in older
IOS. Maybe minimize does not mean "minimal", just closer to minimum
:)) If BFD is not available, minimal would be "isis hello-interval
minimal", but this indeed seriously kills resources.

However, if BFD is available, this would be my solution too. If it is
not, I would ask the proctor how fast they expect to converge.
