Jockey Wearer,
Not entirely clear how one wears those who rides horses/camels in races, but
that's another matter for a different list...
Cisco takes its channel partner program VERY SERIOUSLY, so my strong
suspicion is that you need only make contact via the CCIE program (see
Cisco's website) or some other means. All of your problems will likely
subside as new ones simultaneously arise for your former employer...
My thoughts.

Subject: CCIE ID Association hitches!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dear Friends,
I have associated my CCIE ID with one of the company in UAE .Company is new
and since 1 Year they does not have any project and now started downsizing.
Unfortunately, I got termination Email from them(Email from my manager) but
still they have plan to go for silver partner .Indirectly they requested me
to keep my ID with them so they can apply for audit.
"Company does not applied for Audit due to lack of some specialization
certification."
I have good offer from one of the company in UAE and if I disassociate my ID
with Old company and associate it with new company, should I require NOC?
My old company is not ready to give me NOC and even Termination letter just
playing with word and delaying with the stuff.
As I know our Cisco account manager in our company aware about all illegal
rules for partnership.I don't identify what kind of wickedness in his mind.
I have only proof of my manager's Email for termination . is it sufficient ?
I have checked old archived email but still have some doubts.
Please guide me.
Best Regards,
Prashant Sorte
