When i tried to enable Web Cache, i kept encountering this message, thus no
matter ver1 or ver2 cant be enabled at all. Did i miss out anymore commands

Router(config)#ip wccp web-cache
%WCCP-3-NOSOCKET: Unable to open cache discovery socket, WCCP V1 closing down

Router#sh ip wccp
% WCCP version 2 is not enabled
