Thanks guys. I got the answer from Roy:

Hmm you have ipv6 bgp neighbors and you are using the sh ip bgp sum
command...which as far as Im aware applies to IPv4 neighbors.
Can you use the command: *sh bgp ipv6 sum* , and advise on the status of
the peering?
