Thanks very much for your help.
 
I knew how to naviagate to that section, but that's exactly where I ended, and
got lost. There are so many links, and none seems to lead to the
"Administration Guide".
 
 
Here's where I got stuck

Which link below I need to dive into to get to Cisco Unified Communications
Manager Administration Guide, Release 6.0(1).

Use www.cisco.com/web/psa/product <--------- remember this like you did for
cisco.com/univercd/

select > voice and unified communication in the first column

then

Select > in the middle under ip telephony > Call control > then cisco
unified communication manager in the last column.

Thats all you need there.
