Hi Rick,
I haven't seen it in the OSPF section anywhere, but it does have its own
section. I don't think there's anything discussing how it can be used with
routing protocols though.
In OSPF when using it as a bootleg virtual link just add the tunnel address
space to OSPF in area 0 and always be careful that the actual tunnel
endpoints are not re-learned / preferred through the tunnel or you'll have
recursive routing issues.
GRE tunnels in general can be found in 12.4 at this location:
IOS --> 12.4 --> Interface and Hardware Config' --> Tunnels
