Jonny,

Thanks for your reply.

Are these typical issues with dynamips/Dynagen listed somewhere.

Because its becoming very hard working on IEWB Dynamips version finding the faults & at last problem comes out with Dynagen/Dynamip bug.

Can anyone please advice common Dynamips bugs/issues faced while working on IEWB Dynamips version. So that to keep in mind while working on dynamips.

I am asking this to save some time wastage happens in finding the unnecessary issues.

Many thanks once again !!!

Thanks,
Lovnish

its not supported on dynamips. Only on mode is supported. You need to get some real switches or rack rent them.

        Hi,

Can anybody confirm if we can configure etherchannel with negotiation protocol PAgP/LAcP on 3640 Switch with NM-16ESW= card on dynamips.

I am not able to find dynamic desirable mode on it. Neither I am able to configure trunk encapsulation ISL.

I am getting the only option as ON in case of etherchannel.

        Rack1SW2(config-if)#channel-group 1 mode ?
         on Enable Etherchannel only
        Rack1SW2(config-if)#channel-group 1 mode

can anyone advice on this please.

        Many thanks.

        Regards,
