Dear Muhammad

For 4.x appliances (genereation1) you have to re-image you appliance when
upgrading to 6.x. And since MARS was emulated as a Gen-1 in VMWARE you have
to do the same. However data migration is possible and Cisco has dedicated a
couple of very detailed documents for this purpose.
