Hi Guru,

I am also looking for this solution, there is no built in capability of
triggering SMS in IPS Manager or in CSM. it is only available in MARS and I
am sure nobody will buy MARS for just sending SMS :)..

There is a workaround for it, just get one generic SMS gateway and software
which can integrate with Exchange server or with outlook. Configure you IPS
Manager or CSM to notify alerts to any email address and in exchange or in
outlook trigger sms from this email. I didn't implement it yet, once I am
done I will let you know.

If any body have any better solution, please do post.
