Sorry to hear you didn't make it on this attempt. There isn't a workbook or
book out there that will cover each and every scenario or topic the exam has
to offer. Bottom line you will absolutely need to learn how to utilize the
DocCD.
Internetwork Experts which I personally used was VERY effective in my
training but ultimately my exam had scenarios and questions I've never heard
of or seen before and with their workbooks and countless hours of
study/practice/years of work experience boiled down to me using the DocCD to
answer some of these questions on my final attempt.
So in short, take sometime to study the DocCD you will be amazed with some
of the technologies and features you will find and I guarantee you will even
find the answer to some of the questions you got wrong. I'm sure others
will echo that you must at least learn the DocCD and where how to find the
technologies for a specific task whether it be the actual lab exam or a
Vendor's workbook, it's very helpful once you learn it.
