CCIE number association troubles.

Hi group,

My company is trying to obtain the Silver Partenrship with Cisco, and they
need my CCIE number associated to the company.

I obtained the CCIE three weeks ago, and then my CCO was associated with the
company (so I must be counting for the company as a CCIE in the very first
moment I had the results of the exam). But when my manager tries to see the
people certified in the company he can see that I have the CCNA and CCNP
associated, but not the CCIE#. Do you know how I can try to solve this
association issue?
