Why do you need offline version?
If you have internet connection problem then it is ok for you otherwise use
the online version and be master on this.
If you want to buy DOC CD it will be updated by the date mentioned on the
DOC CD for example till 4th DEC and something like that. Don't worry about
the changes in the DOC CD most of the DOC CD remains the same.
