Re: RAPID-PVST+ Changing the link to P2P, but still waits 2 x

Nevermind, I understand this now. The opposite end has to be RSTP capable. I
forgot to enable RSTP on the remote switch now I get this:

02:13:17: RSTP(1): initializing port Fa0/13
02:13:17: RSTP(1): Fa0/13 is now designated
02:13:17: RSTP(1): transmitting a proposal on Fa0/13
02:13:17: RSTP(1): received an agreement on Fa0/13
02:13:18: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface FastEthernet0/13,
changed state to up
SW3#show spanning-tree | inc 0/13
Fa0/13 Desg FWD 19 128.13 P2p
SW3#

DocCD doesn't see to mention that but I guess if you understand RSTP then
you realize the whole proposal/agreement thing.
