This happens frequently when taking the written exam with different providers. Open a case with the certification support group and they will need to merge your user IDs in order to make all the information appear under one location.

Hi team,

I did the SP written exam last Monday but I did for Vue all my others exams
were done my Prometric and now to access CCIE database I use the Vue
information but my CCIE R&S is not showing in the page.

Its is normal? Anybody has any idea? Have I to wait?

Also, I didn't receive the email with confirmation that I passed yet.
