I have two routers connected together. One has a loopback interface with a
class C address assigned to it which I'm advertising to the other router
via OSPF. The other router has the class C in its routing table and the
table shows that the route got there through OSPF. BUT the route does not
show up in the OSPF database. If I run "show ip ospf database" on either
router the class C is nowhere to be found. All other networks being
advertised by the first router are in the OSPF database just not that one
class C. FYI: I did set the OSPF network type under the loopback interface
to "point-to-point".
Anyone have an idea as to why this would happen?
Thanks,
Mod.
