Not taking MSDP into account, PIM needed to be enabled on Fa 0/0 because you
have to enable PIM on RP interface!! RP will not work with PIM not enabled
on that interface.
So that's the whiole connundrum.
If you set RP to Lo interface, then you can continue with MSDP
experimentation.
