Cap is not permitted. If you need one, Proctor can give his to you!
However, I knew some candidates who insisted to bring in helmets. They
are normally allowed in on a case by case basis. It depends on the way
you ask questions. If you ask something like:
- If I got a routing loop, can I pull my hair and bang my head on the
wall? If this is the case, may I use a helmet as a packet dropping and
DOS attack prevention mechamnism, then most likely the proctor will say
Yeah, no problem!
He may also rush to get his as well, just in case you are not banging
your head to the wall but come to him for further clarification.
