Jason,
Interpretation may have been the problem! I good way to improve that is to
review the theory behind the protocols again. I would recommend Cisco Press
books and the DOC. When answering the tasks you will know all your options,
the best answer, or which answer Cisco wants you to pick. The lab is easy to
fail so don't give up and good luck on your next attempt!
