Well as i went further i was restricted not to use any tunneling as well. so
it all boiled down to redistribution only. My main concerned was
that, because doing redistribution ..... all the routes are learned as
external routes in other areas ..... I think tunneling was the best solution
for this... as these routes would ve been treated as inter area routes
instead of external routes... anyways it is not allowed here.
