I know that this won't help you, but I feel obliged to say it.
Welcome to Catalyst QoS hell. Every single platform, every single
blade has different features, different syntax, different
understanding of concepts and different defaults. Not to mention that
some act on DSCP, while other on COS and some are simply brain
damaged.
As ar as 6500 goes, like others have mentioned, exact features depend
heavily on what blades you have installed and whether you are running
CatOS or IOS.
Also, it would help to know a little bit more about what exactly you
mean when you say "prioritize in the egress queue". Don't you care
what happens in the ingress queue, in the box itself, etc?
You can configure trust by issuing "mls qos trust dscp" on most of the
L2 interfaces.
