I have two ASAs ASA5510-CSC10-K9, and I need to configure them

Hi experts,

I have two ASAs ASA5510-CSC10-K9, and I need to configure them for failover,
do I need the same CSC license for both units for failover to work? And if
not, will license will be transferred to the other one upon failure?
