The M-series has a JNCIP lab exam prereq. The JNCIS is much like the CCIE
Written qualifier except (stirring up the recent conversation) you actually
get a cert for it. :)
In the ER series, there is JNCIA, JNCIS and JNCIE only.

JNCIE-ER certification would be a great feat.
However, I believe you are already aware that, unlike the Cisco CCIE, the
Juniper expert track has prerequisites (JNCIS and the JNCIP).
Go for it if you do deploy Juniper boxes in your job.
