Being a CCIE doesnt mean that you should know or remember everything but
what matters is that you know where to find the answers for what you dont
know or cant remember :)

I dont think that all of us , regardless of the certs we currently have will
still remember all our N+,CCNA,CCNP,CCDA etc stuff :)

I remember the last interview I went for, i was asked to explain the
difference between VRRP and HSRP in detail but I couldnt remember (ignorance
is bliss) but the funny part of it is i can get either of the two
configured/working with great ease :)

So what did i learn - that for what i cant remember, do not understand or do
not know, i should know where to find the answers and believe me you, this
happens to most of us at one stage or another in our jobs :)

My two cents worth :)
