Well, if it says it stays valid UNTIL the beginning of the next minute would
that not take you TO 5pm?

4:59:59 is when it will end.

This has been discussed/debated a number of times over the years! If you
think the proctors will be concerned with it, ask them. The question is
simple, and clearly demonstrates you know the technology, so they should
answer it.

hh:mm Ending time - stays valid until beginning of next minute
