I found this after typing these two commands under router.
logging x.x.x.x ( set the ip address of host)
logging host x.x.x.x ( additional parameters as below)
filtered Enable filtered logging
transport Specify the transport protocol (default=UDP) >>>> port udp/tcp
vrf Set VRF option
xml Enable logging in XML
