Subject: Got my CCIE# 22673 last monday!
Dear All,
I am feeling very pleased to share with you that I passed my CCIE Routing
and Switching R&S Lab exam (CCIE # 22673) after more than 8 months of
continuous study and 5 years of hands-on experience (I should have emailed
it last week on monday on 17th November; my lucky day but I was busy in some
personal things :). It was so challenging to be consistent in Lab exam prep
with my demanding job roles and responsibilities. Alhamdulillah, my parents
prayers and colleagues support kept me going with the good flow.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the group members of
groustudy including experts here specially *two Brians, Narbik and Scott*
and
my close friends (Akhtar, Mujeeb, Farhan, Tariq and Abbe Majeed). It was my
second attempt and finished the lab 1.5 hour before and had enough time to
verify everything.
I have been passive member of groustudy, but learned a lot from this
community and highly recommend for anybody who is pursuing for his Lab exam.
Following are some of my study material that I used during my Lab Exam
preparation:
IE Advanced CODs version 4.5 (Class-on-Demands) --> Highly recommended
IEWB Volume I, II and III + also some of the stuff (IP/IOS services from New
volume 5 beta)
Narbik Dubai R&S Lab Bootcamp (in July 2008)
Narbik Technology focused Lab workbooks (7 volumes, I covered them three
times with exploring each topic in Cisco Documentation CD) ---> Highly
recommended
With regards,
Sarfaraz Muneer
