examples 1 and 2 are completely different. the statement in, 1 references
IP protocol 59, whereas the 2nd statement reference a TCP port and UDP
port. You can see some common IP protocols when using "debug ip packet
detail". try it on a link with either EIGRP or OSPF and you'll see what I
mean.
