Hey Jason,

I have only ever been to San Jose, so I can't really offer you a comparison,
per se. What I can tell you (being from Colorado also) is that the trip to
CA is much shorter and you're traveling an hour back vs. two forward. I
work on the East Coast a lot and it always takes me a while to adjust to
that two-hour leap forward. It's actually harder than going to Europe or
Asia where the change is so radical that you go through a complete rebooting
of the body clock.

And I certainly found the proctors there to be pleasant. Wide range of
hotels (including the extended stay places that I like so much - even for
short trips) and you can walk or take the tram if you prefer not to get a
car (airport is right next door to Cisco and surrounding hotels). And it's
Cisco's HQ, which is something of a sight to behold (their campus is larger
than the town I grew up in - be sure to know where the lab is located before
the big day!).

Regards,

Scott

Subject: Lab Location Preference

Hi Group,

Has anyone had better experiences at one lab location over another (in
the States)? With the help of my Cisco Account Mgr, I'm being
extended the opportunity to reschedule my lab and I'm trying to decide
if I should go with San Jose or RTP. I'm currently in Colorado.

Any advice or shared experiences would be great.

Thanks,
Jason
