Actually CCIE are only granted access to the CCIE store; that is our reward.
You must have a valid, current service contract to download software for the
product you are downloading and at the IOS level you're licensed for (i.e.
ip base license vs. adv. Ip services license)
A better bet for you both - simply use emule to pull down the ios bin files
for your dynarack
Just google emule and download away!
Once on emule type ios 12.4 watch what you get!
