understanding Router Models

I'm just wondering if anyone help me to understand router models
For example 2811 model means
it's a 2800 series router
what about the 11?
( my understanding is 11 means it support additionally one port module and only
one module )
am I right? If I wrong please correct me?
can you give some link to understand all models?
