Guys,
Few things to mention here regarding 3750 stack switching:
Both switches have the same IOS code.Check the SDM template of the both
switches, specially if you are using one 12gig and other 24 port copper
switch, cisco 3750 documentation is pretty good in explaining the role of SDM
template in stack 3750 switches.
Aslo check the switch priority on both the switches and make sure the master
has a higher priority compared to the slave.
