The command reference is always a good way to look things up. The N391 is
simply a timer though. Which indicates how often you will ask for the full
status update from your frame switch. It has nothng to do with LMI
auto-sense or not.
(Well, I suppose if auto-sense fails and you have no lmi this would be
important!)
