it would be the totally stub area.
The ABR of the totally stub area does not forward Type 3 LSAs it receives
from the backbone into the totally stub area (these are your inter area
routes). Also becasue the area is stub automatically ABR of this area will
not forward Type 5 LSAs in to this area.
If you look at the LSDB of the totally stubby area you will see there is a
Type 3 LSA, that is the default route generated by the ABR of the totally
stubby area
