I think over any significant sample size you would see a much lower pass
rate for candidates arriving one or two hours late. The mere psychological
effect would be hard to get over especially if it was your first trip. Out
of morbid curiosity what caused you to be late? Also did you actually walk
out of the exam an hour early or was this when you were done configuring?
Congrats on the pass I am not sure I would have kept my composure as well as
you did under the circumstances.
