The funny thing with outsourcing the entry level jobs is that in the
long run the senior level positions will be even more expensive, since
the recruiting base is lost (you just can not grow a senior engineer
out of nowhere). So you will need even more immigrants...
Here in Eastern Europe we don't feel the pain yet. I am sure,
however, that during the next year we will be hit, simply because we
rely on exports and foreign capital to grow...
