Only advice I can give you is.
Suck it up and keep your eyes open for a new job. At the end of the day you
need a reference. Put a smile on your face and do whatever you have to do at
work. As soon as you get another job, leave. There is no point staying in a
negative environment that's going to drive you up the wall. Its not healthy
for you.... Less stress mate ;)
