Nothing stops you from redrawing a lab, it's the sharing of the
information to a third party that's in voilation of the NDA. It is a
non-disclosure agreement after all.

I completely agree with Felix.
The more people get their hands on the material, the more probable the
leak
is. Now there are many labs, and also a lab on the wheels that is
traveling
around the world. Problem is not test-takers walking out with a paper,
but
mischievous people that work in the program and distribute official CCIE
NDA
material outside the lab. Of course, people braking NDA by redrawing and
recreating the lab should not be overlooked. But businesses like
testking do
not come from people that just want to redraw the test.
