R2 /R3 /R4 are all fully meshed , sorry bad diagram ...

i am applying a weight statement to the neibhour

my config is as follows

R1
router bgp 1
network 199.199.1.0 mask 255.255.255.0
network 199.199.2.0 mask 255.255.255.0
network 199.199.3.0 mask 255.255.255.0
network 199.199.4.0 mask 255.255.255.0
neibhour 10.2.2.2 remote-as 2
neibhour 10.2.2.3 remote-as 2

R2
router bgp 2
neibhour 10.2.2.1 remote-as 1
neibhour 10.2.2.1 weight 200
neibhour 10.2.2.3 remote-as 2
neibhour 10.2.2.4 remote-as 2

R3
router bgp 2
neibhour 10.2.2.1 remote-as 1
neibhour 10.2.2.1 weight 100
neibhour 10.2.2.2 remote-as 2
neibhour 10.2.2.2 weight 200
neibhour 10.2.2.4 remote-as 2

R4
neibhour 10.2.2.3 remote-as 2
neibhour 10.2.2.3 remote-as 2
