You can book any time you want - it's just that you cannot drop or
reschedule a lab date if it's less than 90 days away.
If you want to book in december, that is actually good news for you
- you have a better chance of finding available dates. :) The only
restriction for you is that you will need to pay the same day that you
do the booking.
